I’ve been a Registered Nurse for 10 years and have helped countless families realize the joy and beauty in their caregiving journey.
Caregiving can be tough and demanding at times. Believe me, I know! I found myself right smack in the middle of it when my mom was involved in a severe car accident that left her with multiple broken bones, some of which needed surgical repair. Once she was discharged from the hospital we moved into my grandmother’s home.
My grandmother was already receiving around the clock care from family members and hospice for her progressive Alzheimer’s disease. Suddenly, I found myself caring for both. To say it was tough was an understatement! However, I was able to develop a strong routine and provide the care that they both needed. I began to see beauty and joy in my role as a caregiver.
Just like running a marathon takes training and preparation, so does caregiving. With the right tools and support, you can experience a sense of peace and confidence in your journey.

Our Toolkits, Supplemental Materials, and Bonus Items are digital downloads. These are PDFs and image files like JPG and PNG, depending on the product. As digital products, you can use and reuse, as well as print as many copies of any product or individual pages that you need.
The Toolkits and Supplemental Packets are best printed and assembled into a 3-ring binder for ease of adding pages. You can print them at home or have them printed at a local printing shop as needed. Some worksheets represent a day, week, or month’s worth of information or notes, so we recommend single-sided printing for those pages. Other pages can be printed double-sided at your discretion if you’d like to save on paper.
Wall art, cards, and other printables would be best printed on heavier cover or cardstock paper, but will work fine in color on regular paper if that’s all you have.
The mobile phone wallpapers can be shared or downloaded to your device and used as a Lock Screen background or Home Screen background to encourage you when you’re using your phone.
This is not a real book, it is a complete system for managing care for your loved one.
