ADL’s stand for activities of daily living. They include:

  • personal hygiene
  • continence
  • toileting

Caregivers help out in tremendous ways to take care of their loved ones. These ADL’s can be burdensome at times, as well as prove difficult. Here are a few tips and tricks that may help in performing these daily tasks.

Remember that a person may have a particular preference of how they like to do things.
